New ERASC fellow from CQE

Prof Fátima Guedes da Silva has been elected Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences (EURASC). Prof. Fátima is the second CQE member to be ellected to EURASC, after Prof. Armando Pombeiro, and she is also the first woman to be appointed from the University of Lisbon.
