Project description

The use of RTIL as solvents for clean synthesis and catalytic processes, is becoming widely recognized and accepted. Their application to a wide range of catalyzed organic reactions will be performed. The thermophysical properties of pure RTIL and their formulations with transitional metal complexes will be studied. Spectroscopic properties of these mixtures have been investigated in order to understand the structural and interactional behaviour of formulations that will be studied.
