| Abstract |
This work reports the synthesis and characterization of new ferrocene derivatives functionalized with one or two alpha-methylene-gamma-butyrolactone rings. These compounds were prepared via Reformatsky-type reaction between carbonyl ferrocene derivatives and ethyl 2-bromomethylacrylate in 33e85\% yields. (C) 2014 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved. |
