Applications
Structural characterization studies on powders with emphasis on phase characterization and identification, phase transition and polymorphism studies. It can be used with a capillary stage for sensitive samples, for samples with high interference of preferred orientations and for samples for which crystal structure determination is intended. Film samples can be analyzed using  either Brag-Brentano or grazing incidence.
