C2C, a spin-off from CQE, is providing emergency support to families affected by Storm Kristin, starting in Alcobaça and then moving to Vieira de Leiria, followed by Pombal.The support consists of an SOS Kit – a portable system that includes a battery pack, a 230 V inverter, and a charger powered via a gasoline/diesel vehicle. Depending on usage and appliance efficiency, the batteries can keep a refrigerator running for approximately 10–20 days, helping families preserve food and maintain basic living conditions during power disruptions.
