On the afternoon of February 26, the Molecular Thermodynamics & Engineering Group of CQE held its first annual meeting, bringing together around 25 participants, from master’s students to senior researchers.
The afternoon combined short lab presentations with personal testimonials from members involved in European-funded projects and in collaborations with industry, including experiences that evolved into the creation of a spin-off company. An overview of ongoing collaborations across institutions was also shared and discussed.
More than a formal meeting, the event created space for conversation, reflection, and exchange across different career stages, highlighting the diversity of research activities and the links between fundamental research, European projects, and industry.
