On the morning of January 19, the Advanced Materials Group (G6) of the Centro de Química Estrutural (CQE), led by Ana Paula Serro, hosted a workshop attended by more than 50 researchers, from junior to senior levels. Designed to strengthen cross-lab interaction and spark new collaborations, the event combined concise lab overviews with a hands-on, idea-generation challenge an interactive team-building activity entitled “One Project in One Hour”.
The workshop successfully fulfilled its goals, reinforcing the sense of community within G6 and laying the groundwork for future collaborative projects across laboratories. Initiatives like this highlight the strength of CQE’s interdisciplinary environment and its commitment to fostering innovation through collaboration.
