The 22nd International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Utilization (ICCDU2025) will be hosted for the first time in Lisbon, Portugal, on June 23-27, 2025 and call for abstracts is open until 17th January.
This 22nd edition of ICCDU will be organized jointly by CQE researchers from Instituto Superior Técnico and NOVA School of Science and Technology, in partnership with the Portuguese Society of Chemistry (SPQ).
Under the theme “CO2 for a Circular Economy”, ICCDU 2025 will follow the success of the previous annual editions of ICCDU series, aiming to play a crucial role not only in providing a vital platform for exchanging the results of innovative cutting-edge research approaches for CO2 capture and utilization, but also in showing that several of these approaches and sustainable solutions have reached high levels of maturity through pilot-scale and industrial-scale applications. The focus is on harnessing the power of science and technology to develop sustainable pathways for using CO2 as a resource in various industries for production of energy, chemicals, materials, and fuels.
