Jubilee of Professor Am�lia Pilar Rauter

On July 1, 2020, before a virtual audience (a consequence of these pandemic times�), took place the academic jubilee of Professor Am�lia Pilar Rauter, full Professor of Organic Chemistry at Faculdade de Ci�ncias da Universidade de Lisboa. Academics from both national and foreign universities, family and several generations of students participated in the ceremony, with their testimony or just with their presence. The honoree was recognized with affection and enthusiasm by all participants, not only for the significant contribution she made to Carbohydrate Chemistry, but also for the inspiring marks she left on her students, which helped them to build successful careers.
