Sónia Carabineiro awarded a FEUP Scientific Recognition Prize

Dr. Sónia Carabineiro, Collaborator Member of CQE, will be awarded by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) with a Scientific Recognition Prize, as part of the celebrations of the Faculty Day, taking place on 14 January 2019. This is a yearly award for excellence in publications given by FEUP to integrated members and deals with the publications of the year 2017. Dr. Sónia published 20 articles in 2017, 12 of them in journals with IF above 4 (5 of them in collaboration with CQE members, 2 of which were cover features in ChemCatChem and Chemistry: An Asian Journal). According to the algorithm used by the prize attribution (based on the number of published papers and respective number of authors), Dr. Sónia obtained the highest score of the Department of Chemical Engineering of FEUP, being 4^th in the whole FEUP.
